Is FastPass+ Coming Back???

Below is a screen print from MyDisney Experience at 9PM on June 20, showing a greyed out icon for FastPass+ and text on the bottom stating “We cannot display FastPass+ details right now. Please check back later.”
Could this mean that FastPasses will be returning very soon?
