Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
2. In a stand mixer, cream together cold butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips and 4 ounces of chocolate chunks.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place 3.5-inch paper liners on top. Using a ½ cup ice cream scoop, portion out 11 balls of dough, placing each into a liner. Press the remaining chocolate chunks into the top of each cookie.
