- 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions:
- Melt the 1/2 cup of butter with the milk. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a mixer, combine 2 1/2 cups of flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the water, eggs, and the warm butter/milk mixture. Mix until combined.
- Gradually add the remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, until the dough forms a ball.
- Knead the dough with a dough hook for 5 minutes or by hand if preferred.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 10 minutes.
Filling
Instructions:
- Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter until well combined.
- Roll out the dough into a large rectangle.
- Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other to form a log.
