Magic Kingdom Transportation and Ticket Center Under Refurbishment
Posted by: Admin on: April 18, 2019
Construction has begun on a long needed upgrade to the Transportation and Ticket Center at Magic Kingdom in Disneyworld.
Rumors are that the construction will take a minimum of seven months, if not more to compete. While construction is underway, parking lot trams are now dropping visitors off at the Aladdin Lot, which is well before the underpass that had taken them to the original tram drop-off area.
Rows of construction fences and barriers are causing a bottleneck at the bag check area, so expect delays before getting on the monorail or ferry.
So if you are planning to visit Magic Kingdom any time before Christmas of 2019, plan on walking a little further from the tram and to take extra time to get through the bag-check area.
