Epcot’s Mission Space Closing for the Summer

It has been announced that Epcot’s Mission Space Attraction will be closing on June 5th for a refurbishment.  The ride is expected to reopen on August 1.

No reason or details have been given for the refurb, but rumors are circulating that there are some minor tech updates to be done so that the ride would be prepared for a major change to a “Guardians of the Galaxy” ride.
