Disney World to Offer Extra FastPass+ Services to Certain Guests

There have been rumblings over a rumored plan to allow certain guests to acquire extra FastPass+ Services.

The current information is that guests staying in “Club-Level” rooms at certain resorts with have the ability to be able to purchase a package that will allow them three (3) additional FastPasses per day and they will also be allowed to make their FastPass reservations 90 days before their visit, compared to the standard 60 days for all other Walt Disney World Resort Guests.

This additional perk does come with a cost though.  There is an additional cost for guests that wish to take advantage of this program of $150 per ticket, per day.  With a minimum purchase of 3 days.

So for a family of 4, this would be an additional $1,800 on top of the ticket price of $1,191.80 for a base “Magic Your Way” tickets for 4 people for 3 days.  This would be a total of $2991.80 just to enter the parks for three days!!!

I know that Disney is trying to raise money any way that they can nowadays.  But they are now starting to force out the guests that made Magic Kingdom, Epcot and the other attractions what they are today.  I really cannot blame Disney on this… If people are willing to keep paying, they will keep raising the prices.  It will only be when the public says, enough is enough and stops visiting the parks and buying the merchandise that price hikes and “additional ticketed events” will stop popping up.
